Biography

Jacqui joined National Australia Bank in 2001 and currently has responsibility for the Capital Markets team.  The Capital Markets team is a global business with specialists across debt and equity origination, syndicate and sustainable finance and a footprint spanning Australia, New Zealand, Hong Kong, London and New York.  The business is responsible for the origination and syndication of debt (bonds and loans), hybrid, structured and equity capital to a wide breadth of clients including high grade, financial, corporate, securitisation and listed and unlisted fund/investment trust/company issuers with a dedicated sustainable finance team working along-side NAB’s capital markets specialists and relationship managers.

Jacqui has over 25 years’ financial-industry experience including in treasury debt and capital management, structured finance and credit ratings and has held a variety of roles within the capital markets business at NAB since 2001.  Jacqui is part of the Corporate Finance leadership team and is a director and chair on several NAB subsidiaries. 

Jacqui holds a Bachelor of Business with post Graduate Applied Finance, is married to Peter and mum to 4 perpetually active kids and a growing menagerie of pets.  Jacqui also enjoys coaching junior basketball and supporting community initiatives.
